The conference will consist of plenary lectures and paper presentations. Interested authors should submit an abstract of no more than 350 words in English by May 15, 2004. (See the Submission Guidelines) The abstracts can be electronically submitted on-line or e-mail directly to voratas@ait.ac.th.

All accepted papers will be published in the
conference proceedings in both hardcopy and
CD-format.
Selected papers will be invited for review for
possible publication in one of the Journals of the
collaborating societies
